The fall season is when most of our beginners join us and is marked by longer distance time trial racing. Beginners (novices) have their first races towards the end of the season.
High school and middle school programs offered.
During the winter we move our training indoors and condition ourselves in preparation for spring racing. We believe our winter training is integral to our spring success and highly encourage participation if rowers aren’t involved in another winter sport.
High school and middle school programs offered.
The spring season is when our biggest races happen. Races are sprints and occur side-by-side, unlike in the fall. Our main competitive goal is to qualify boats for Youth Nationals and then to perform well there.
High school and middle school programs offered.
In the summer we offer a competitive program for high school and middle school experienced athletes in addition to week long beginner/development camps.
High school and middle school competitive programs offered.
We conduct our middle school winter training practices on Tuesday & Thursdays at 202 Strong, a crossfit gym in Rockville, MD.

We conduct our water training on the upper Potomac River and row out of Calleva during the fall and spring seasons.
